Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

to oversee and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for ongoing and upcoming projects. The candidate will be responsible for design review, site supervision, coordination with consultants, contractors, and ensuring all MEP works are executed as per project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Review and approve MEP shop drawings, designs, and material submittals. Plan, schedule, and monitor MEP project activities. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design compatibility. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of MEP works. Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Identify and resolve design or construction issues proactively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP execution or design. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and lead MEP teams.
