Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting) at site.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
Coordinate between civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to avoid service conflicts.
Supervise site installations to ensure compliance with project and safety standards.
Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and materials.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for project coordination.
Support cost control, procurement, and material tracking processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports.
-10 years of experience in MEP contracting or building services.
Strong understanding of HVAC, power distribution, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), MS Project, and MS Office
.
Knowledge of relevant standards such as
ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IEC, and BS
.
Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
