We are currently seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, execution, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various renovation and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and manage all MEP-related activities for ongoing and upcoming projects. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Review MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with local codes and client requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality aligns with project standards and specifications. Troubleshoot MEP system issues and provide effective maintenance solutions. Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and project reports. Ensure strict adherence to UAE safety and regulatory standards in all MEP works.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum

5 years of professional experience in the UAE

in MEP construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. Strong technical knowledge of

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and relevant MEP design software. Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
