to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at site level. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, timely project delivery in line with design specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design review, selection, and coordination of HVAC systems(DX, VRF, chilled water systems, ventilation, exhaust, etc.) in line with project requirements and standards.
Ensure works comply in accordance with approved project layouts and site constraints.
Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
Manage testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems.
Coordinate between civil, interior, and MEP teams to enhance smooth workflow.
Liaise with HVAC suppliers and subcontractors for timely material procurement and delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP or fit-out works, with a strong focus on HVAC system design and execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & plumbing systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Microsoft Office.
Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
