Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP systems are efficiently designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). Develop MEP design and installation plans, BOQs, and cost estimates. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated design solutions. Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor site installation and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution. Ensure compliance with relevant codes (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, local building codes). Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project delivery. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. [3+] years of experience in MEP design and execution. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of Navisworks or BIM is a plus. Familiarity with local construction codes and international standards. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
