MEP Engineer

to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in

mechanical and electrical systems

and proven experience in

construction and fit-out projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage, Water Supply, and Low Current Systems. 3 to 5 years of mandatory UAE experience in construction or contracting companies. Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead site teams. Must be currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate all MEP drawings related to construction and fit-out works. Supervise and monitor site installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare and review load schedules, heat load calculations (HAP), and pump/ESP calculations. Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve technical and site issues. Liaise with local authorities such as DEWA, Civil Defense, and Dubai Municipality for approvals and inspections. Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, progress, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and assist in documentation and handover. Support the Project Manager in cost control, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Benefits:

Salary: AED

8,000 - 9,000

per month (depending on experience).
