Chillco Building Contracting Co. LLC, a Dubai-based construction company holding a G+1 license, has completed multiple villa projects in Al Furjan and is now preparing to start a G+2 townhouse project in JVC.
We are expanding our technical and tendering team and are looking for a qualified MEP Engineer with strong experience in villa and townhouse construction.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at site.
2- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved specifications and local authority standards.
3- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for tenders and quotations.
4- Participate in tender pricing, technical submissions, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
5- Manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
6- Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals, and documentation.
Requirements
7- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in villa or townhouse projects.
9- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and pricing processes.
10- Familiar with DEWA, DCD, DM, and Trakhees regulations.
11- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
12- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
