Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Design & Planning:

Create designs and drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, using CAD and other software to integrate them into the overall building plan.

System Coordination:

Work with architects, civil engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate the MEP systems seamlessly into the building design.

Code Compliance:

Ensure all systems and installations adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and energy standards.

Project Management:

Manage the installation process on-site, supervising contractors, monitoring project schedules, and overseeing budgets.

System Performance:

Conduct load calculations, energy efficiency analyses, and system testing to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Address issues with existing systems and plan for their long-term maintenance and operation.

Quality Control:

Perform inspections, document work, and ensure that the installed systems meet the required quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Technical Skills:

A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in design software like AutoCAD and BIM.

Project Management:

The ability to manage projects, schedules, and budgets.

Collaboration:

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
