The MEP Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site. The role ensures that all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the execution of MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, shop drawings, and coordinate with design/consultant teams for any discrepancies.
Monitor and ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil and architectural works to avoid conflicts and delays.
Ensure that materials used and work performed meet quality standards.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
Monitor and control labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards on-site.
Support in testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
