Manage and coordinate onsite MEP, IT, AV, and Security works throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with installation, post-construction coordination, defect rectification, and additional works.
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules; provide solutions to meet client requirements and site conditions.
Plan and oversee work execution, liaising between subcontractors, site teams, and authorities.
Monitor project delivery, subcontractor performance, and workforce productivity; provide weekly progress reports.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and professional teams.
Ensure compliance with company ISO and HSE management processes
