. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they are fully integrated, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage all
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
for high-rise buildings.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Identify and resolve design or installation issues in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Ensure MEP systems meet energy efficiency, sustainability, and performance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Minimum
5 years
of proven experience in MEP works for high-rise building projects.
Proficiency in relevant software such as
AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux
, or similar.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
