Job Description

In charge of the design of MEP System according to authority standard.

Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, domestic water and various other systems of the organization.

Assists in the installation, maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, valves, security and fire alarm equipment and HVAC equipment and controls.

Installation and repair of various equipment and materials of the hospital and its properties.

Various maintenance tasks including installing piping & electrical wiring, digging trenches, working with sewer tanks, drainage, required painting/patch-up work and pumping equipment, assembling scaffolding/rigging, hospital equipment maintenance and setup and operation of audio/visual equipment.

Conducts all work/orders in accordance with documented procedures and guidelines and compiles a daily record.

Assists contractors with service projects and installations.

Operates, maintains and secures tools and equipment.

Practices, maintains and enforces safety regulations and procedures.

Assists with requirements for estate special events and projects and other duties.

2 years of UAE Experience is required
