Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

MEP Engineer

to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects, particularly mid-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and must be able to manage site execution, coordination with consultants/subcontractors, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and implement MEP designs and shop drawings Coordinate and supervise installation and testing of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). Prepare material submittals and manage procurement requests Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQ to ensure compliance with design requirements. Attend project meetings and coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors. Evaluate and approve materials and equipment used in MEP systems. Monitor MEP work progress, quality control, and safety standards on site. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports related to MEP works. Assist in procurement processes for MEP-related materials and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. UAE Driving license is must Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering in the construction industry (GCC experience preferred). Strong understanding of local regulations, DEWA, Civil Defense, and authority approvals. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other engineering software. Familiar with project management and site coordination. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
