Supervise and execute all MEP site activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical works) as per project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards (DM, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence).
Review and verify shop drawings and material submittals.
Assist in testing and commissioning activities.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in MEP site execution.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and coordination.
Familiarity with UAE codes and authority requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit or project management tools is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
