Job Description

Qualifications and Requirements:



Education:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.

Experience:



A minimum of 1 year of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering in UAE.

Familiar with conducting MEP site inspections and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards.

Technical Skills:



Strong knowledge of MEP design software, such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and similar tools.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense).

Expertise in HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and energy management.

Key Competencies:



Knowledge in project management principles, including cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Ability to troubleshoot MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing MEP designs and site conditions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Licenses & Certifications:



A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Soft Skills:



Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
