Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

MEP Engineer

with at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a sound understanding of

legal documentation, municipal procedures

, and

compliance with UAE regulations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP works for villa projects. Ensure MEP systems are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations. Coordinate with site engineers, architects, civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities. Handle MEP inspections and approvals from relevant authorities (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Assist with legal documentation and municipality submissions such as NOCs, authority approvals, and compliance certificates. Maintain proper documentation for all MEP works including drawings, test reports, inspection logs, and legal permits.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in villa construction (preferably in Dubai). Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and documentation procedures related to MEP works (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Familiarity with submission processes and documentation for MEP authority approvals. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP software tools. Good communication and site coordination skills. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with legal compliance and project documentation. Understanding of contract requirements and tender documentation. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under project constraints. Experience working with design consultants and main contractors.
