We Are Hiring - MEP Engineer (Swimming Pool & Landscape Projects)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works related to swimming pools, water features, and landscape infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, and ensuring all MEP works are completed as per design, quality standards, and authority regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP installations related to swimming pools, fountains, irrigation pumps, lighting, and drainage systems.
Review and understand MEP shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and specifications.
Coordinate with civil and landscaping teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor daily site activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical standards.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution and material delivery.
Prepare technical submittals, daily reports, and material requisitions.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety standards and authority requirements.
Attend consultant inspections and manage necessary documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2-3 years of MEP site experience, specifically in swimming pool and landscape projects.
Strong understanding of pool equipment, water circulation systems, and external services.
Experience coordinating with consultants and authority approvals.
UAE driving license is a must.
