We are seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

to join our Facility Management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across our managed facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure system performance and safety. Manage subcontractors and in-house technicians, ensuring quality work and timely delivery. Respond to emergency breakdowns and support troubleshooting activities. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals. Prepare reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Assist in budgeting and cost control for MEP-related expenditures. Participate in energy-saving initiatives and suggest system improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum

3 years of experience

in MEP operations and maintenance, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE local codes and safety regulations. Proven experience in Facility Management environment (residential, commercial, or industrial). Familiar with CAFM systems and reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage a multi-skilled technical team. UAE driving license is preferred.
