Design and develop MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, and material specifications.
Review and approve shop drawings and technical submittals.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design.
Conduct site visits to monitor installation and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Identify and resolve design issues or conflicts during construction.
Ensure that all MEP activities adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
