We are urgently seeking a qualified
MEP Engineer
with at least
5 years of experience in UAE
in the construction field, particularly in
building and villa renovation projects
. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination skills, be able to independently manage site visits, and effectively liaise with MEP subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with MEP subcontractors on multiple construction sites
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Report progress and issues directly to the MEP Manager
Ensure MEP works are executed as per project specifications and timelines
Review and update drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
Prepare and submit reports using Microsoft Office tools
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering within construction
Familiar with
building and villa renovation
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a
valid driving license and own car
for site visits
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
