Job Description

We are a leading design consultancy firm specializing in delivering innovative and sustainable building services solutions across the UAE. Our projects span commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, where we integrate cutting-edge MEP systems to enhance functionality and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for diverse building projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP to create detailed drawings and perform system simulations. Conduct site inspections to oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Prepare and review technical documentation, including calculations, specifications, and reports. Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure designs are innovative and compliant.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design within a consultancy environment. Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Dialux). Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Trakhees). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
