- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of MEP systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and more.
- Diagnosing and solving problems related to MEP systems to ensure systems are operational and safe.
- Ensuring all installations comply with safety regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Verifying that MEP systems are correctly installed and functioning as intended.
- Coordinating with site Technician to prioritize daily MEP tasks and PPM schedules.
- Coordinating and following up with the team for timely completion of job.
- Overseeing all PPM activities for chillers, AHU, FAHU, FCU, DX units, and all other HVAC and plumbing systems to enhance durability.
- Communicating with management, residents, and coworkers to address complaints, provide technical support, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Leading and supervising a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.
- Mentoring and training technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Managing schedules, resources, and reporting on progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Addressing challenges that arise within the team and in technical operations.
Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and subcontractors for all MEP-related matters.
Preparing and delivering reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to senior management.
Ensuring that all MEP work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Promoting a safety-first culture within the team.
Educational Qualification:
A diploma or Engineering required.
Further certifications or training in MEP systems or leadership roles would be advantageous.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
