Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Engineer

to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the

design, coordination, installation, and maintenance

of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in large-scale construction projects. The MEP Engineer will ensure the systems are efficient, cost-effective, code-compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the overall building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Develop and review MEP system designs for both new construction and renovation projects.

Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure optimal integration of MEP systems.

Supervision:

Oversee and manage subcontractors during installation phases to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

Compliance:

Ensure all systems meet local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Monitoring:

Track progress and prepare detailed reports on MEP installations and milestones.

Budget & Scheduling:

Support cost estimation and scheduling efforts for MEP-related tasks.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections and enforce quality assurance throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 4 to 8 years of proven experience in MEP design and implementation, preferably in large-scale construction environments. Thorough understanding of

MEP codes, regulations, and standards

. Strong technical documentation and project coordination skills. Proficient in using MEP design and coordination software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

high-rise buildings
