Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects.
Conduct load calculations and system simulations.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration.
Supervise MEP works on-site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor proposals.
Ensure all designs comply with local and international codes and regulations.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP design and execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
