Ramesh & Associate is looking for a qualified

MEP Engineer

with strong

experience in Dubai-based architecture or engineering consultancies

. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

for high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with

Dubai authorities' standards

and

Dubai Building Codes

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems

for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Handle

authority submissions

and approvals for

DEWA, DM, DCD, Etisalat, DU

, and other relevant authorities Ensure all systems comply with

Dubai Building Code (DBC)

and

UAE MEP regulations

Prepare

detailed calculations, technical reports, and design drawings

using software such as

AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and DIALux

Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and functional designs Attend meetings and manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities Provide on-site supervision and technical support during construction to ensure designs are being correctly implemented

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

DEWA-Approved Engineer

(Electrical or Mechanical) Minimum

5 years UAE experience

, particularly with

Dubai architecture/engineering consultancies

Strong knowledge of

Dubai Building Code (DBC)

,

UAE MEP regulations

, and local authority requirements Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, DIALux

, and other industry-standard design tools Experience with

DCD submissions

and fire protection systems Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
