We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
MEP Engineer
with
2 years of experience
to support the design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of MEP systems in line with project specifications.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP integration.
Support in-site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues during construction phases.
Track material requirements and assist in procurement coordination.
Maintain documentation, reports, and logs for MEP works and activities.
Monitor and report progress to senior engineers and project managers.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and MEP standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP design or site execution.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MEP design software.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
Preferred:
Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Exposure to green building standards or sustainable MEP practices.
Certification in MEP software or safety training is a plus.
