Experience:
2+ years of UAE experience in construction management.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with an understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability in building design.
