Job Description
We are hiring for multiple vacancies in Dubai for our upcoming construction projects: 1-Electrical Engineer 2-Mechanical Engineer 3-Commissioning Engineer 4-Site Engineer 5-Estimation Engineer 6-QA/QC Associate 7-Procurement Manager Key Accountabilities (External) Responsible for ensuring safe working practices and procedures are implemented in accordance with project requirements. Ensure all required materials and resources are arranged for timely execution of the project. Experience and in depth Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System), AC Chillers and Refrigeration Plant Room, DEWA Regulations, MEP and Procurement procedures as applicable. Accountable for ensuring that project teams have clear documented roles, responsibilities, expectations and accountabilities. Set clear performance objectives that are clear, specific, challenging and achievable and provide regular and appropriate performance feedback to staff. Responsible for the ongoing development of procedures, work practices towards Best Practice and Lean Manufacturing Excellence. Resolving work related grievances within the project team. Responsible for identifying Training Needs and execution of plans for the engineering teams. Job Type: Full-time Education:
