Job Description

Responsibilities Organise, coordinate and manage with the supervisor the day to day operations of the jobsite. Perform and Execute work including Lighting, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, and support the client as needed. Conducts preliminary surveys and prepares schematic, preliminary and work drawings for the construction and maintenance of new or remodeled works. Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources. Carrying out routine Inspections of Works Completed by both Technicians and Service Partners ensuring that both the quality and the quantity of the works are in accordance with published/agreed Service Level Agreements/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. Programming, scheduling and assist in budget preparation. Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule. Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively Submit requirements and justifications for resources such as materials, tools, equipments and man power. Monitor for accuracy and variance. Prepare and submit quotations and estimates. Liaise with supervisors / technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates. Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• HSEQ certificate / diploma is an advantage.
• Approved from DM/DEWA
• Minimum 3 years UAE / GCC experience in Construction / MEP
• At least 3 year experience as a MEP Site Engineer
• Shall have the knowledge of MEP, Building Maintenance, Fire fighting / Fire alarm systems, Kitchen equipment, Cleaning, HVAC, LPG systems, Civil Works etc.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and in the use of or equivalent software.
• Valid UAE driving license holder.
• Knowledge of Revit or SAP is a plus
