The Role
Looking for MEP Engineer for Building Maintenance and Construction (Mechanical, Electrical/Technician, Plumbing) Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Take care of the building and inspect building assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of all kinds of Maintenance work and construction \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and repair a building\xe2\x80\x99s systems, including Electrical, Plumbing and also take care of other maintenance tasks, such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing and drywall installations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge about all pipe fittings and pipes part likewise handles fire concealment frameworks and tempest pipe frameworks \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge about carpentry, doing pest control and safety repairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of AC Duct Cleaning, Split and Central AC and cylinder \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to handle viewing clients, take care for move-in and move-out procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Leader and can work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Works All-rounder Interested candidates, please apply online. Requirements
Mandatory Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have UAE Experience minimum 4 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree Certificate attested in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Any Proof or Valid Certificate (Experience Letter or Diploma) \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have driving license \xe2\x80\xa2 Male from Age 27 to 44 years old
