Responsible for designing, supervising, and maintaining all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and oversee MEP systems and maintenance activities.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Conduct inspections, audits, and system performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with QCS, Kahramaa, Civil Defense, and Ashghal standards.
Prepare technical reports and recommendations for upgrades.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Support budgeting, procurement, and cost estimation.
Guide supervisors and technicians; implement energy-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in FM, construction, or building services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills.
