Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

MEP Engineer

with proven experience in construction projects across the UAE. The role involves managing, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and implement MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil teams to avoid conflicts. Supervise site execution of MEP works ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Prepare material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for approval. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other local authority requirements. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and issue reports highlighting progress and concerns. Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation. Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and handover procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

5 years of proven UAE experience

in MEP works within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning. Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and authority approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
