Mep Engineer Construction
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP engineer for construction, fit-out and rennovation projects. The ideal candidate should have
Excellent grasp on electrical and plumbing concepts.
Knowledgable of DEWA regulations and guidelines.
Have experience in managing MEP for multiple construction projects
Can use AutoCAD, revit and word processing programs to create MEP plans and drawings
Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
Overseeing the work of the electricians and sub-contractors and ensuring adherence to the project schedule and DEWA regulation
Coordinating on-site work with civil team and MEP team.
Inspecting, analyzing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan and QA/QC.
