Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate detailed
MEP BIM models
(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) usingRevit
. Ensure compliance withBIM Execution Plans
and company standards. Collaborate with architectural and structural teams forclash detection and coordination
. Prepareshop drawings
, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. Support BIM workflows and model updates throughout project stages.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum
[4] years of experience
in MEP BIM modeling. Proficient inAutodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
. Familiarity withISO 19650
and BIM Level 2 standards preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
