Qualified MEP Engineer

to strengthen our project execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

MEP Design & Execution:

Design, plan, and manage

HVAC

,

electrical

,

plumbing

, and

fire protection systems

for ongoing and upcoming projects. Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations. Ensure all MEP installations comply with

UAE construction codes

,

SEWA

,

DEWA

, and

international standards

.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

HVAC

,

electrical

,

plumbing

, and

fire safety systems

. Familiarity with

UAE construction codes

,

municipal regulations

, and

SEWA/DEWA submission standards

. Ensure full compliance with safety codes and sustainable design practices.

Project Management & Coordination:

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project plans. Supervise and inspect MEP works at construction sites to ensure timely execution and quality control. Identify and resolve any technical issues or conflicts related to MEP systems. Prepare progress reports and participate in client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum

1 years of UAE experience

in the construction field (MEP focus) In-depth knowledge of

UAE regulations

,

MEP design principles

, and site execution Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and calculation software is a plus
