MEP Engineer

. The role involves coordinating and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Supervise site activities to ensure work is being executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors during all project phases. Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering within building construction projects. Proven track record in project management and site supervision. Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software. Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
