Job Description

I. Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related majors. More than 5 years of experience in MEP installation and construction management, familiar with building MEP systems (electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Familiar with UAE-related codes, fire protection and MEP approval processes (such as Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and common office software. Capable of MEP installation, commissioning, site coordination, and technical support. Good command of English, able to communicate independently with consultants and supervisors. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE registered engineer certificates or relevant professional qualifications.

II. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, etc.). Review MEP construction drawings and construction schemes, and provide reasonable optimization suggestions. Coordinate construction interfaces among various disciplines (structure, finishes, civil works, etc.) to ensure smooth project implementation. Responsible for preparation of MEP project schedules, material & equipment delivery plans, and quality control. Participate in coordination and acceptance work with consultants, supervisors, and government approval authorities. Follow up the work of MEP subcontractors and supervise the implementation of construction quality and safety measures.

III. Compensation

: AED 8,000-12,000/month (depending on work capability and possession of relevant registration qualifications).
