We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a proven track record of successful project execution in commercial, residential, or retail fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee MEP systems for fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop and implement efficient designs.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate existing systems and determine project requirements.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within financial constraints.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall fit-out design.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to MEP engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, specifically in fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
