Job Description

Job Summary:

The MEP Engineer designs, develops, and implements mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

- Ensure systems meet building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure MEP systems integrate with overall project design.

3. Documentation:

- Prepare and review MEP drawings, specifications, and documents.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of MEP documentation.

4. Site Support:

- Provide site support and technical assistance during construction.

- Ensure MEP systems are installed and tested correctly.

5. Quality Control:

- Ensure MEP systems meet quality and safety standards.

- Identify and resolve MEP-related issues.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.

- Experience: 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MEP design principles and building codes.

- Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
