Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Site MEP Engineer

to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction sites. The role involves coordinating, supervising, and ensuring compliance of MEP systems with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate installation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) at site. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Inspect installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Liaise with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve MEP-related issues. Coordinate between various subcontractors and disciplines to prevent design and execution clashes. Attend site meetings and provide updates on MEP progress. Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Perform quality checks and assist with testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure proper integration of MEP systems within the overall building design. Identify technical problems and provide practical solutions on-site. Supervise troubleshooting, modification, and maintenance activities. Support project handover process by preparing as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP design and coordination. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Holding a valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Immediate joining
