Job Title:

Construction MEP Engineer (With ADM Approval)

Salary:

AED 8,000 - 10,000 + Benefits

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in Swimming Pool & Aquascape Projects (Preferred)

Purpose of the Role

To manage and execute MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction works in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring completion within budget and schedule. The engineer will enforce strict adherence to the company's quality and HSE systems to deliver superior project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

Directly supervise site labor, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Documentation & Submissions:

Prepare and submit Method Statements, ITPs, Risk Assessments, QA/QC Plans, and other project-specific documents as required.

Project Coordination:

Ensure all necessary and up-to-date documents (drawings, material submittals, method statements, schedules) are available for efficient project execution.Attend and actively participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and local authorities.Liaise daily with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely material/equipment delivery.Review daily site reports from engineers, supervisors, and foremen. Prepare weekly productivity reports and initiate corrective measures as needed.Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with latest approved drawings, specs, and standards. Address non-conformances through proactive QA/QC actions.Prepare requisitions for materials and equipment as per budget, ensuring quality, technical compatibility, and cost control.Coordinate inspections with consultants, ADM engineers, and other local authorities as per the approved ITP.Notify management of potential project changes affecting cost or time and contribute to the claim management strategy.Handle inspections and approvals with ADM, JAFZA, and other relevant local authorities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.Implement and monitor safety procedures in accordance with company and municipal HSE policies.In larger projects, coordinate closely with the Senior Project Engineer to ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with project goals.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

Certification:

ADM Approved MEP Engineer (Mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP works related to swimming pools and aquascape projects (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, regulatory compliance, and site coordination

Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering/project management tools

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
