We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a

Project Engineer/MEP Coordinator/MEP Engineer

for our Group. As a Real Estate Development and Real Estate Management, we value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (FLS,HVAC, Drainage, Water supply and Low Current System).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years plus previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.

- To be able to Review all drawings related to construction and fit out works.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Within UAE Residence should be in Dubai-Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish

- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Preparing and reviewing Load Schedules.

- Reviewing heat load calculations (HAP Outputs) and ESP calculations and associated selections.

- Reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations.

- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.

- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams

- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

- Handling of Authorities like DEWA,DCD,DM and all local authorities.
