Job Summary: Looking for MEP Engineer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Handle MEP designs and implementation as required
• Adhere to the planning use of the equipment to conduct monthly technical visits on client sites
• Analyze and guide the staff in their training
• Examine orders and establish purchase requisitions to be signed
• Make sure all building systems are in a safe working order and in line with current regulations
• Analyze the use of equipment and determine the cost of the deterioration
• Evaluate repetitive equipment failures
• Handle all phases of all MEP designs and deployment assigned to consultants
• Assess contractor\'s installation and method statements
• Assist in designing and implementing all MEP systems on all assigned projects
• Develop site instructions relating to building MEP services as required
• Support problem solving as may arise among MEP subcontractors during construction
• Make sure the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings as well as work implemented meets the specification
• Work with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field within the UAE
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Should be able to work independently with good reporting skills
• Must be a results oriented individual and team player
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Must have good knowledge of the design software
