Join our team as an MEP Draughtsman with a focus on HVAC and Plumbing design. This role is suitable for immediate joiners who have expertise in creating detailed technical drawings for MEP systems. If you are skilled in HVAC and Plumbing design, we invite you to apply and contribute to our innovative projects. Responsibilities:
- Translate HVAC and Plumbing designs into accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with construction and engineering standards in all drafted plans.
- Incorporate changes and redline markups into existing drawings as needed.
- Contribute to the development of construction documentation sets for HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with other draftsmen and professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in MEP design.
- Provide support during project execution and troubleshooting activities.
- Review and check technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the accuracy and quality of design deliverables.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP Draughtsman with a focus on HVAC and Plumbing (minimum5 years).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction and engineering standards in MEP systems.
- Immediate joiner.
- Are available to Join Immediately(1-15 days) ?
- MEP drafting: 5 years (Required)
- GCC Project: 2 years (Required)
