We require a Draughtman with MEP Background 1. Expert with AutoCAD. 2. Well Experienced in preparing Water Supply, Drainage, Electrical (Light & Power), AC Shop drawings, and detailed drawings, for high-rise, low-rise buildings and villas. 3. Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers. 4. To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g., IFC, Project Specification etc. 5. Prepare as-built drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes. 6. Coordinate drawing with section for MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, drainage and water supply) 7. Schematic drawing of drainage system, water supply system and Electrical system. 8. Prepare wall coordination drawing of Electrical, water supply and drainage system. 9. Prepare of RCP drawing for MEP with sections and elevations. 10. Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects. 11. Preparation of Builders work drawings 12. Verifying IFC designs for the purpose of Shop drawing raising discrepancies 13. Able to communicate with the Electrical and mechanical engineers to provide the correct technical drawings.
