Job Description
We UPA Consultancy Abu Dhabi, are Looking for a Draughtsman who had at least 3-5 years UAE experience in MEP designs in residential, commercial, Landscape , healthcare, interior projects, etc Expecting really high quality in the designs and experience in MEP Design Drawings (Electrical & Mechanical, HVAC) The following experince will be an advantage 1-Revit, Photoshop,Rendering (modeling , lighting, rendering...) 2- Exterior Architectural design (design & visualization) 3- Interior design (design & visualization) 4-Produce concept design ideas and sketches 5-Produce Floor plans using hand sketches and Autocad software 6-Preparing detailed drawings , Preparing Authorities submission(Abu Dhabi Municipality). 7-Produce 3d perspectives using hand sketches or 3d softwares 8-Developing architectural design based on design brief-from concept to detailed design & tender documents. 9-Preparation of presentations for the design proposals and bids to the client. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
