Job Description
:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draughtsman to join our Client team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the modular/prefab building sector and strong knowledge of MEP drafting standards, local regulations, and international codes.
Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai - UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate MEP drawings using AutoCAD / CAD Mate
Develop detailed design and technical drawings for modular and prefab building systems
Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and international standards
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to coordinate design requirements
Update drawings based on site modifications and client feedback
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Draughtsman (Mechanical/Electrical)
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a MEP Draughtsman
Strong understanding of modular/prefab building projects (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
