Position: MEP Draftsman
Experience: Minimum 7 years in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings for building construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare HVAC, Chilled Water, Plumbing, and Firefighting shop drawings as per project requirements.
Develop coordination drawings ensuring proper routing and clash-free layouts between MEP and other services (Structural, Architectural, Electrical).
Work with site engineering teams to collect red marks, updates, and revise drawings accordingly.
Prepare As-Built drawings based on final site installation.
Ensure all drawings follow project codes, standards, and specifications.
Maintain drawing revision history and organize drawing files properly.
Coordinate with BIM modelers if required and support model updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an MEP Draftsman in HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting systems.
Excellent use of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit / Navisworks is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction site conditions and MEP installation practices.
Able to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical details.
Good communication and coordination skills.
