Maintain and manage all project documentation, drawings, and reports.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients for document submission and approvals.
Track project correspondence and maintain records for audits.
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules.
Ensure compliance with UAE standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in MS Office and document management software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
GCC experience is preferred.
