Mep Design Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the execution of MEP (Electrical, drinage, fire fighting, fire alarm, and emergency lighting system, Fire and life safty, telephone, CCTV, Lighting, and Plumbing) systems for various projects.
- Conduct load calculations, system design, and equipment selection.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
- 7-10 years of UAE experience in MEP design and execution.
- Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant MEP calculation tools).
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and controls.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
